Metrowest Yoga (MYoga) has two locations, in Westboro Massachusetts at 69 Milk St and in Worcester Massachusetts at 32 Millbrook St.  We offer a variety of classes and workshops including Myoga Flow yoga classes (also referred to as Power, Dynamic or Vinyasa), Gentle/Restorative yoga, Kids classes and more.  Our classes are designed to unlock the door to your own personal journey into the world of yoga.
