Metrowest Yoga (MYoga) has two locations, in Westboro Massachusetts at 69 Milk St and in Worcester Massachusetts at 32 Millbrook St.  We offer a variety of classes and workshops including Myoga Flow yoga classes (also referred to as Power, Dynamic or Vinyasa), a  style Shawn created called Myoga Hot Hatha, Gentle/Restorative yoga, Kids classes and more.  Our classes are designed to unlock the door to your own personal journey into the world of yoga. Please be advised that a person may only use one Groupon. They are for new students only. If you purchase a Groupon and you have already been to the studio it is not valid for you to use for classes or as a credit towards classes. You are welcome to gift to a friend, family member, co-worker.
