The studio and retail store is open 1/2 hour before and after each class.

In addition each studio is open at these times for your convenience;

The Worcester studio is open on Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30 – 7:30pm

The Westboro studio is open Monday – Thursday from 9:00am – 12:00pm.

The retail store offers beautiful yoga clothes including, Shiva, Marika, Prana and more! We also sell yoga mats and rugs, CD’s, books, Kid’s games, and creative items from local artists.  Stay tuned for upcoming Sales!
