When/where/with who was your first yoga class? My first experience with Yoga was a Rodney Yee VHS tape. Everything changed after that, and I began to attend classes from there.
What / who inspires you? Music, family and friends.
What I love most about yoga is: The shift that occurs within my emotions, physical body and thoughts. The practice always leaves me feeling light and simple.
What you might not know about me: I've spent many years working as a professional bass player. I've performed and/or recorded throughout Western Europe, Japan and the U.S.
Best advice you’ve ever received (from who?): "Keep looking for the pretty notes"

Local escape: Trails in the woods near where I grew up. Beals Preserves. Part of the Southborough Open Land Foundation.
My favorite thing to do (other than yoga): I love to be creative. Whether it be creating new music or simply cooking a good meal.

What I love most about yoga is: The blissful pause from my hectic day.
What you can’t live without? Besides the obvious (air, food, water, family) I would have to say dark chocolate, preferably from Pandolphi’s in Bellingham
What you might not know about me: I like to dance and do crossword puzzles – although definitely not at the same time.
Best advice you’ve ever received (from who?): My husband always has good advice for me no matter what. The one thing that comes to mind, and I should probably follow it more often is his recommendation to slow down and take a nap.
My favorite book: No favorites – usually depends on what I am reading at the time, although I often find myself gravitating to a book I have by Rumi.
