What / who inspires you? People who live their lives with passion and heart.


What I love most about yoga is: The calm and balance it brings to my life, and the amazing community of people I have come to know and love.


What you can’t live without? love


What you might not know about me: I love peanut butter, especially with ice cream.


Best advice you’ve ever received (from who?): In my junior year of college, a dear family friend (Aaron) encouraged me to let go of what I thought I should be doing and pursue my passion. I was a math major at the time, desperately unhappy, struggling to believe in myself and follow my heart as a designer. This decision completely changed the direction of my life. I am incredibly grateful and have never once looked back.


My favorite book: I'm not sure that I have an absolute favorite, but the book, Self Reliance (Ralph Waldo Emerson) had a deeply profound impact on my life.


Favorite Word: authenticity


Local escape: Wellfleet, MA


My favorite thing to do (other than yoga): I love listening to music, being at the beach, eating delicious food, traveling and exploring new places, going for walks in nature, spending time with my closest friends and family, quiet and solitude, sleep, and having unscheduled days with no definite plan.

  • Morning Flow (Hot Heat)
  • MYoga Flow Yoga covers a wide variety of yoga styles. Including; Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Bikram and Baptiste. It is a vigorous practice that strengthens the core muscles in the body, enhances flexibility, while encouraging deep concentration and focus. All Flow Yoga is practiced in a heated room. The heat encourages perspiration, which helps to detoxify and cleanse the body. The muscles respond to the heat by relaxing and allowing us to move deeper into a posture. There is an assumption that you have practiced before, so there is less attention to alignment ques. This moves at a faster pace to elevate the heart rate and elevate the cardiovascular system as well as develop strength and flexibility. This practice will tone and sculpt your body and heal your soul. Be prepared to sweat, and discover your inner strength!  (Hot Heat)

  • Slow Flow (Mild Heat)
  • MYoga Slow Flow incorporates the same principles as MYoga Flow, with less postures than a regular Flow Yoga class — more emphasis on alignment, breath and the foundational tools of a yoga practice. We recommend 3 -6 classes before attending a regular Flow Yoga class. (Mild Heat)
