  • Morning Flow (Hot Heat)
  • MYoga Flow Yoga covers a wide variety of yoga styles. Including; Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Bikram and Baptiste. It is a vigorous practice that strengthens the core muscles in the body, enhances flexibility, while encouraging deep concentration and focus. All Flow Yoga is practiced in a heated room. The heat encourages perspiration, which helps to detoxify and cleanse the body. The muscles respond to the heat by relaxing and allowing us to move deeper into a posture. There is an assumption that you have practiced before, so there is less attention to alignment ques. This moves at a faster pace to elevate the heart rate and elevate the cardiovascular system as well as develop strength and flexibility. This practice will tone and sculpt your body and heal your soul. Be prepared to sweat, and discover your inner strength!  (Hot Heat)

  • Slow Flow (Mild Heat)
  • MYoga Slow Flow incorporates the same principles as MYoga Flow, with less postures than a regular Flow Yoga class — more emphasis on alignment, breath and the foundational tools of a yoga practice. We recommend 3 -6 classes before attending a regular Flow Yoga class. (Mild Heat)
