Molly supports her students and clients in developing the confidence and courage to embrace who they truly are. She brings extensive education, training, along with her own experience to help others on their journey toward accepting and expressing themselves fully.
She developed a passion for meditation as a teenager and completed her training under David Nichtern, Senior Teacher in the Shambhala Buddhist Lineage, in 2017 to become a Certified Meditation Teacher.
Molly believes that when we meditate we get to know ourselves, our patterns, and our beliefs. Only when we know our patterns do we get the opportunity to respond differently if we choose to.
Molly completed a rigorous four-year program at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing to become certified as a Brennan Healing Science Practitioner. BBSH is a professional college dedicated to the study of the human energy field, psychology, spirituality, anatomy, and physiology.
She is an Integrative Coach certified through the International Association for Counselors and Therapists and weaves these tools into her healing work.
Molly believes in teaching by being as real and authentic as possible in each moment. She recognizes how vital humor has been in her own journey and loves to laugh with her students and clients. She owns a healing practice and teaches workshops throughout Metrowest Massachusetts.

Rebecca encourages the full embracing of what it is to be authentically human in body, in mind, and in heart and to live with unconditional confidence, dignity, and open-heartedness - this is reflected in every class that she teaches.
Rebecca is an authorized Shambhala Guide in the Shambhala Buddhist lineage of Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche and Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche and has completed the intensive course of study and series of retreats of the Sacred Path of the Warrior. She is a private student, personal assistant, and assistant teacher of Senior Buddhist teacher David Nichtern.
Rebecca is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance and certified as both a yoga instructor and meditation teacher through Empowered Yoga and Metrowest Yoga. She is also a certified Functional Movement Screen assessor and certified Balanced Athlete Coach which adds to her movement classes that emphasize healthy posture and functional movement. She studies under Johnny Guillespie, owner and founder of Balanced Athlete and Empowered Yoga.
Rebecca is a hospice volunteer with Notre Dame Hospice and an End Of Life Committee member of the Boston Shambhala Center and provides heart-felt companionship and services to those who are preparing to pass away and their families.
Rebecca offers her rich array of services at yoga studios, colleges, hospitals, retreat centers, businesses, and she also works privately with students. She is owner and founder of RDYoga, LLC.
