This class was designed by Cote and Zef as a way to open the body before a long climb or release it afterward. It’s fantastic for athletes who are looking already working out every day and are looking for a less vigorous style of yoga that will keep their bodies flexible and the range of motion needed to excel at their sport. All levels - not heated. (No Heat)
MYoga Flow Yoga covers a wide variety of yoga styles. Including; Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Bikram and Baptiste. It is a vigorous practice that strengthens the core muscles in the body, enhances flexibility, while encouraging deep concentration and focus. All Flow Yoga is practiced in a heated room. The heat encourages perspiration, which helps to detoxify and cleanse the body. The muscles respond to the heat by relaxing and allowing us to move deeper into a posture. There is an assumption that you have practiced before, so there is less attention to alignment ques. This moves at a faster pace to elevate the heart rate and elevate the cardiovascular system as well as develop strength and flexibility. This practice will tone and sculpt your body and heal your soul. Be prepared to sweat, and discover your inner strength!  (Hot Heat)

A meditative and gentle practice, including stretching asanas (poses) to increase flexibility and release stress. A perfect choice for anyone looking to reduce stress, recover from injury, cope with arthritis, and prepare for pregnancy. (No Heat)
Join us for a fun and playful all-level hot flow sequence which is a blend of contemporary hit music! Elements of music therapy and yoga will be intertwined with a coordinated playlist of electronic, pop, dance, and reggae to provide an energetic rhythm for practice. How can Good Vibrations deepen your practice? * A mindfully crafted soundscape can provide opportunities for students to experience positive physiologic responses to music and movement. This stimulation can enhance a yoga practice as the body and breath naturally entrain to rhythm. * Our central nervous systems inherently match beat and tempo, making movements natural and automatic, which can further be explored with breath work in a vinyasa flow. * The brain responds positively to predictable, structured, and organized sound, which can either be used to energize or unwind the body when the music is deliberately chosen with these intentions. * As music taps into emotional experiences and memories, we often notice therapeutic effects when using music to work through areas of discord or tension. * Music provides a space for fun, social connection! Anthropologists and ethnomusicologists have found that all cultures throughout time and history have had active musical traditions, serving to connect community and enhance self-expression of the times.
Kid's yoga Classes - open to ages 5 - 11 yr olds.
This invigorating and mindful series that Shawn developed incorporates strengthening postures as well as emphasizing stillness and focus. Postures are held longer than our flow classes. The practice allows for students to work with their breath while developing strength and flexibility. Be prepared to transform your practice. Open to all levels. It will challenge the experienced student, but moves slow enough for a newer student.  (Hot Heat)

Shakti can be considered to represent "power or empowerment". To be in the state of "flow" is to be in the moment -an unbroken stream of consciousness. This vinyasa class is taught in a heated room with an emphasis on these qualities as well as on breath, mindful movement and alignment. Each class has a different theme or focus and no two classes are exactly identical, which can translate into a meaningful and possibly deeper connection to your asana practice. There is an assumption you have practiced before and class will move at a quicker pace than slow flow. Be prepared to sweat and feel empowered.  (Mild Heat)
MYoga Slow Flow incorporates the same principles as MYoga Flow, with less postures than a regular Flow Yoga class — more emphasis on alignment, breath and the foundational tools of a yoga practice. We recommend 3 -6 classes before attending a regular Flow Yoga class. (Mild Heat)
