Take your Yoga Practice to a whole new level.
Accept the Metrowest Yoga Challenge! Commit yourself to the practice and you will thoroughly change your body and your mind. Everyone practices for different reasons—both physical and emotional—and the beauty of the practice is that it heals and improves everything: all over, inside-out, from bones-to-skin and fingertips-to-toes. See “why yoga” and “why heat” page for more. Whether you are suffering from physical illness or mental blockages, this consistent practice will give you a stronger, healthier body. The concentration that it requires to keep up the challenge will give you a stronger mind and a sense of inner peace. Students who successfully complete the challenge will receive a Metrowest Yoga t-shirt and will be listed on the website! The time line for the challenge is 60 days. You must complete 45 classes in 60 days. You can attend more classes in one week and fewer in the other. You can practice twice a day. As long as you practice 45 times within the time line, you will successfully complete the challenge. Classes can be done at either the Westboro or Worcester Studios.
