Where/with who was your first yoga class? In Worcester, dragged by my mom when I was about 13.
What inspires you? Authenticity, whether it’s through art, movement, yoga, or simply an honest conversation.
What I love most about yoga is: The opportunity to be good enough just as I am in any given moment.
What I can’t live without: Chocolate. lots and lots of good quality chocolate!
What you might not know about me: I have a PhD in astrophysics and have also worked as a professional ballet dancer.
Best advice you’ve ever received (from who?): “It doesn’t matter what you choose. Remember that no matter what happens, everything will be perfect.” -My Awesome Dad
