Let’s Roll Into 2024
Yoga Therapy Balls Series with Karen Mott, RN, RYT 500
Are you looking to establish or enhance your self-care plan? We’ve got you covered. Self-care is vital to physical, emotional and mental well-being. Join us for these workshops utilizing yoga therapy balls, breathing techniques and movement to release tension in the body, enhance mobility and to ‘wake up’ the sleeping spaces that we might be unaware of.
Using therapy balls you will be guided to roll and release fascial tissue (the connective tissue that weaves throughout and connects most of your body parts) which helps to release tension, enhance breathing and improve posture and mobility.
All levels welcome. Join for one or both options!
Core Connection
In this workshop we’ll explore questions such as, “What is the core?” and “How does it work?” This will be a truly supportive experience for core strength, pliability, enhanced breathing, improved posture and digestion. We will embody and awaken the many layers of the core, learning to stack our bones for optimal core function all the time, not just when we are “working our core.”

Whole Body Roll Out
This workshop will be a full body massage for overall well being. Do something special to nurture and honor yourself this month. The human body is built for stress resilience, but without regular rest and recovery, the rigors of daily life can leave us depleted both physically and emotionally. During this workshop, we will use breathing techniques and self-massage to subdue anxiety and stress while awakening your capacity for renewal and restoration.
