During a journey, the beat of a drum induces a light trance, an altered state of consciousness to allow you direct access to the inner workings of our 'self' at the soul level. Journeying is a tool that can be used for healing our body and soul, deepening our understanding of our authentic self, and working through emotional issues.

In this 4 part series, learn about the benefits of journeying, experience different types of journeys, and begin a self-healing process that you can tap into whenever you need. 

Sessions + Focus:

October 13 - Session 1: What are the benefits and basics of journeying?

Experience: a journey and meet your helper guide. 

October 27 - Session 2: How do we set an intention or ask the right question to glean the most insight from a journey?

Experience: a journey to deepen your understanding about a challenge by formulating a question or setting an intention.

November 10 - Session 3: How can a journey be used to heal?

Experience: a journey to receive healing or retrieve a soul part

November 24 - Session 4: How can a journey be used to manifest your deepest desires?

Experience: a journey to manifest your soul's desires

All Sessions: 1:30 - 3:00 pm

Teacher bio:

Shephali Chokshi is a Shamanic Healer and Holy Fire Reiki Master whose shamanic training began the age of 3 with her grandmother in India. Decades later she steps into her full awakening to use her gifts and help people learn tools for self-healing.
