Join us for a rejuvenating Yoga Nidra Workshop designed to center the body, calm the mind, and soothe the nervous system.
Expect to be led through a brief sequence of gentle stretches, coordinated with breath. Then, as you lie down in a restful position, you will be guided through different stages of relaxation, including body scan, creating a sankulpa, breath awareness and visualization.
Suitable for all. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring anything that will make you comfortable while lying on the floor – blanket, small pillow, eye pillow, etc. (We will also have some restorative props available at the studio.)
