She/Hers // MYTT 200

I believe my first encounter with yoga happened when I was a kid. I was introduced to the beautiful Ahimsa principle of not causing any harm to any living being, and later it became a life choice. In 2016 I came across the wonder of asanas and pranayama when I started practicing Sivananda yoga in New York. After moving to Massachusetts a new chapter in my life began in the spring of 2022 with the discovery of Metrowest Yoga Studio and the meditative flow of Vinyasa. The wonderful community of teachers and fellow students encouraged and inspired me to explore the path of becoming a yoga teacher myself. In 2023 I finished the 200-hour YTT at Metrowest which has strongly supported my desire to continue learning and expanding my understanding of yoga.

For me yoga is a journey of self discovery, life-long transformation of body, mind and spirit. Every time I practice I experience and learn something new and my biggest inspiration to teach is to share this discovery with others. I always resonated with the idea that our bodies and minds are gifts meant to be used for hundreds of years, and I believe that yoga, with its 8 limbs, can be the key to achieving and maintaining such a beautiful state of holistic well-being.
