I’ve always been driven to help people and I truly believe that sharing yoga is the best way I can do that. I approach each class with the question: what can I offer them today that might make their day a little brighter? Each time I hit my own mat, it’s my time. As a wife and mom, I don’t get a lot of that. I get to take what I need from each practice.
My first yoga class was at my college gym in 2001. I loved the break it gave me from my crazy schedule. Then I was drawn to books on the practice and learned the basics from Tara Fraser’s Total Yoga. I practiced at home mostly for many years until I found Metrowest Yoga. After indulging in every workshop and class I could get to for a few years and completing my Assisting Training at Down Under Yoga, I finally completed my 200 hr TT with Myoga in May 2021.
